Certificates of Completion

We are pleased to offer this program as professional development. Please note that the courses do not count as formal academic credit from the University of Washington.

Digital certificates of completion are awarded to participants who have met the course requirements, as listed on the course syllabus. This includes completing assignments (discussion posts, quizzes, and assignments) and achieving a score of 70% or higher.

Continuing Education Credit (CEUs): Participants are eligible for continuing education units (CEUs). Each course is worth a total of 7.5 CEUs. The total amount of CEU credit will be printed on the digital certificate earned by participants who successfully complete the course(s). The credits indicate the total amount of contact hours required to complete the course, e.g., watching course videos and lectures and performing additional instructional activities including quizzes, discussion forums, and other assignments. Credits are awarded based on a calculation of 0.1 CEUs per instructional contact hour. Please note these CEUs may not automatically be recognized by certain professional bodies; however, it is possible to submit for review by professional bodies.
