Frequently Asked Questions

Question: Do I have to take all three courses, or can I pick and choose?
Answer: You can enroll in 1, 2, or all 3 courses. The purpose of the certificate program series is to teach leadership and management skills to laboratory staff in supervisory positions with the goal of enabling participants to make substantive and impactful improvements in laboratory testing quality and operations. While you are welcome to enroll in one course, we encourage you to enroll in all three courses to gain a holistic skill set and improve your laboratory’s operations and team satisfaction as well as prepare you for the next stage of your career.

Answer: The courses are intended to be taken in order, but you are not required to do so.

Answer: No. The full three-course program needs to be purchased at the time of application in order for the discount to apply.
