At the end of last month, we wrapped up our year-long evaluation of Seattle’s Navigation Center! A vital part of the project was the formation of an Evaluation Advisory Board (EAB), which was comprised of many Nav Center stakeholders including Nav Center guests, staff, and management. Each month the EAB would meet at the same table to discuss and shape the report in a way that centered the guests’ voices. Our final meeting was bittersweet, but at least there was cake!
