My name is Nick and I am from Mooresville, North Carolina in the United States of America and am 16. My carbon footprint total was 15,871 and the average for my region was 15,918. The majority of my carbon footprint was transportation as it resulted in 6,053 of my total. I was pleasantly surprised at my results as I expected my total to be well above my average. I based my hypothesis off the thoughts that I used more energy and transportation than usual. In the future, I will try to carpool a little more, take quicker showers, and use more efficient light bulbs that will not hinder the environment.
