Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

Student Footprints
In terms of students footprints. Especially if yours is way above average. Making some small changes to your lifestyle can make a big impact on the environment, especially if everyone makes a few changes. We could all work on being a little less lazy right. Maybe we could all bike to Starbucks and get a refillable cup. Instead of driving, producing lots of emissions, Grabbing a disposable plastic cup and producing even more waste. But you can do many other things as well. So I challenge everyone to at least think about ways to help the environment so we all can give our children a beautiful place to live and prosper on.
