Walking
I think another way we can lower our transportation footprint is to walk whenever we can. It is also nice to be outdoors and you get exercise. Also, if you have a pet and the place you are going allows pets, they can get exercise, too. Yesterday, me and my mom and my dog walked to get tacos.
