Is having the latest technology a want or a need?
How often do you get a new cel phone or mp3 player? Did you really need a new model? Do you consider the environmental impact of these purchases? If you are addicted, how can you break your addiction?

Having the latest technology is a want but sometimes it can also be a need. For example, a lot of people including myself want new phones or technology for style. But new technology like new air conditioners or new air cleaners is a need for less power wasting and air cleaning. So I believe that having new technology is both a want or need.
