Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

My footprint
My carbon footprint is 11,469kgs against an Italian average of 8,182 and a world average of 3,791kgs. The reason for such a high number is my type of diet. I am a very sporty guy, in fact I play basketball, and I sometimes also train alone at home. And for this reason I am inclined to consume much more food than a normal person.
My carbon footprint for food is 6,284kgs against an average of 3,002.
the other parameters are instead all more or less average.
My footprint is only in the 9000s which I find pretty impressive because of the u.s average being in the 15000s this might be because I have some solar panels on my roof and I take the school bus every day. I also have a high food foot print in fact I drink 2 more liters of milk then the average person from the u.s
