Is having the latest technology a want or a need?
How often do you get a new cel phone or mp3 player? Did you really need a new model? Do you consider the environmental impact of these purchases? If you are addicted, how can you break your addiction?

I get a new phone once every 3 years. I feel that I did need the newest model because 3 years is kind of a long time. I don't think I'm damaging the environment by getting a new phone so I don't bother or care to think about the environment in this specific situation. Lastly, I'm not addicted so there's nothing to worry about.
