My total footprint was 14,370 kgs, which is below average in my region.
Transportation - 7,224 kgs
Home - 3,695 kgs
Food - 2,501 kgs
Purchases - 258 kgs
More than half of my carbon footprint is from transportation. This doesn't surprise me because I do drive a lot for a teenager. From home to school, and back during the week. And driving from home to work during the weekends, my transportation is going higher than the average. While my number is still below average I thought it would be lower because I didn't account for all the little things that goes towards your footprint. There are many different things I could do to decrease my total carbon footprint like driving with friends instead of taking individual cars.
