The ISCFC is all about reducing our individual and collective contributions to climate change.
But is climate change really happening? Is it mostly caused by human activity, including our production of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases?
In the United States and elsewhere, there are people who are not convinced by the science. But the great thing about science is that we use evidence to evaluate scientific questions. So what is the evidence related to climate change?
Are you or are you not convinced by the majority of climate scientists who say that climate change is real and largely human caused? Why are you convinced/not convinced? What evidence might change your mind one way or the other?
Is Climate Change Real & Human-Caused? >
What people have done to the Earth

I believe that humans have done many things to this Earth for the better, but also for the worse. It really is a double edged sword. Sure, we have made farms and taken many areas away from other people or animals to make us more food and supplies. But that there are also many animal farms. Like cow farms. And I have learned with my class that red meat produces carbon footprint. Also, those other foods and meats that are making their way to supermarkets, that means many people are going to those stores to get the food. Not all of them are walking so, many are driving. It is like a web. Just because you think you are doing good, doesn't mean there are many downsides to the plan as well.
