Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

The diffrent footprints arround diffrent areas
Around the world there are a variety of different amounts of Carbon Footprints used. For example, it's incredible that in Connecticut, USA(CT), a school has much higher Carbon footprints than a school in South Korea. CELC Middle School, Brentford, CT,USA uses a total amount of 31155kg (+22172,n=6)and across the globe in Seoul, South Korea a school called Seoul International School, Seoul, South Korea uses a total amount of 16801 kg (+10895, n=14) of carbon footprints. I think this happens because of the technology, cars, foot and more that the US has more advanced technology (also a lot of diet and transportation)and better technology requires more Carbon used and with cars on places that are more populated have more people driving which means that more people use Carbon.
But we have different culture than South Korea
