Food
We waste food all the time, like the other half of the sandwitch you had for lunch you just threw away, or the leftovers from Thanksgiving and never eating them and letting them go to waste and then just throwing it into the garbage, not even throwing it in the compost. There are people who are starving and need food to survive, and you are at the same time, depriving a person of food and you are also destroying the world one piece of food at a time.
