Kevin Diaz Carbon Footprint
My name is Kevin Diaz , I am from Mooresville, NC. I am 14 years old attending Mooresville High school. My total footprint is 22,524 kgs . It is way above average, about 7,000 difference. The majority of my carbon footprint comes from transportation. I really wasn't surprised because for football, we travel a lot, different counties and states so of course a lot of fossil fuel is burned. I learned that I need to use an alternative way for transportation because if that decreased then my footprint will decrease. I can start walking instead of car pulling to school. I can also eat more organic food, it will make a difference in my carbon footprint because it was the second highest.
