Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

Environmental protection
But nowadays, environmental problems are the most burning for the modern society. The air we breath, the water we drink, the ground where we grow our food. People cut down trees, destroy the habitats of thousands of animals and contaminate water in rivers and seas. The increasing numberof cars in towns and cities has led to the growth of the level of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. Also, you know, that many rare animals and plants are disappearing. The problems are so serious nowadays, that they should be solved without delay. We must care, where we live, because we can change the world and we can make it better!
So,let`s leave in peace with our environment!
good job on your project and everyone should start picking up trash from the ground.
