Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

Kiana's Carbon Footprint
Hello! My name's Kiana and I'm a Compassion Road Academy from Denver, Colorado. My carbon footprint was 8,165 kgs of CO2 per year, compared to an average of 18,287 kgs for Colorado, the United States, and 3,791 kg worldwide. I'm a little under 10,000 less than what I should which was exactly what I expected since I know i'm not the healthiest person. I will try my best from now on to keep in mind that all of my decisions effect our earth and we only have one so we really should take more care of it! Thank you .
That's really impressive! My carbon footprint was 7021 kgs, but I live in California so the standards were slightly different.
That is very impressive as Alexa has already said but you should keep going the way you're going it's a pretty good path compared to your states average.
Noice, carbon footprint homie G.
Great job, on doing this project so you know now to lower your project in the future your doing great! You live in a cold area so having a higher CO2 outage isn't that bad. (Taylor M U.S.A)
Great Job, on doing this project so you know now how to lower your project in the future your doing great! You live in a cold area so having a higher CO2 outage isn't that bad. The temperature is lower there most of the year and that requires you to keep your heater on to maintain safe temperatures. (Taylor M U.S.A)
Hi Kiana! Your carbon footprint is just a little bit lower than mine. You are right! Maybe eat a little bit more organic, since you are the healthiest person. You live in a cold area too, so maybe open up some windows are night and use the cold winter temperature than the a/c.
