my carbon footprint
I saw the worldmap and according to me the countries which have a high carbon footprint are countries more industrialized and more populated, such as the USA, Canada and a lot of european countries. When I finished my carbon footprint calculator I realized my carbon footprint was much lower than my region's results. Italian average transportation is higher than mine because I live in a small village and I don't have to travel a lot, just for few kilometers a week. I use carpooling about 4 times a week when I go to school and I think it's a very good system against dioxine. I suggest to use carpooling because you save your money and environment.
Carpooling is one things that I am considering for the future! My sister and I drive in my car to school every day and my car is very un-fuel efficient as it only gets 14.7 liters per 100km. Carpooling would also work as I have many after school activities and I can carpool to friends to such activities. Carpooling is a huge way that I can drastically reduce my footprint!
