Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

Is Climate Change Real?
I believe that global warming is indeed real however, it isn't our worse problem. Scientists keep saying us human beings need to work on global warming to slow it down. Did you know that Walnut Creek used to be an ocean? Well indeed it has. The world changes! Fine in a hundred years, San Francisco might be under water. Well that sucks but in a million years, Los Angeles is supposed to be a mile away from San Francisco.
If we really wanted to get rid of global warming for good, we’re going to have to talk to the sun about it. Of course we can still slow global warming down… Technically. The problem is, countries like Brazil are bruning acres upon acres of forests. We can not come to an agreement about this. Another country is India. What are we going to do about it? Try and make an agreement with them? I honestly think it's too late.
People say another cause for global warming is electricity. Well, what should we do about this? We the United States could have a world wide power outage but again. Other countries will continue to create power and cause pollution.
