Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

Sustainable Clothing Options
In the carbon footprint analysis, I found that my numbers pertaining to material buying were quite high. Here I've linked clothing sites that are more sustainable and have a lower carbon footprint
1. Everlane
https://www.everlane.com/?r_c=1
2. Fair Trade Winds
http://www.fairtradewinds.net/
3. PACT

Your footprint is a bit lower than mine but I guess since you live in a different state your standards are a bit different.
This is a great idea. i dont buy clothes everyday but its still a very common thing in my life. nice to know that i an buy nice clothes and protect my community
I love the idea of finding better clothing that will lower carbon footprints!
This is a very interesting idea since I didn't know that you could actually change how you make clothes to reduce your carbon footprint. I would like to know if this change causes the clothing to be lowered in quality or if a substitute for some material was found to change this.
