Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

Buy clothes and save the planet at the same time
(This is not a product placement!)
A while ago I was surfing on the internet and found a clothing brand that wants to inspire our generation to adopt a socially and environmentally responsible lifestyle.
The company is called tentree, they plant 10 trees for every product you buy (they've already planted more than 9 milion trees).
Deforestation is very bad for the environment and for the climate, it is also bad for biodiversity. One of the biggest long-term impacts of deforestation is the climate change and as we know it's getting worse.
Here's a video tha explains tentrees ideals https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-NN0T-osXCE and this is the official website with more information and their products http://www.tentree.com/
I think we should support these companies, do you know any other company like this?
