Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

My Carbon FootPrint
Hello, my name is Lucas Duncan and I live in Mooresville, NC in the USA. I am 15 years old and my carbon footprint was 20,913. I didn't expect mine to be low or high so I think this is an average number. My Future actions will be to turn the lights off when Im not using them and use the front door and not the garage door.
It is a bit above average but I definitely think that turning the lights will help out
Your total was a lot higher than mine and your total is above average. But most of my numbers come from home because I only go to three places the most and I need to better about that and get out more and interact with different things. But hopefully I can lower my total in the home category a little bit .
this is a average footprint for the area that you live in and the things you do are good examples however focusing on lowering use of home and food, those add up quickly and could be half of your footprint so focusing on lowering those two.
Your total amount was much much higher then mine But turing of your lights will help you in the future cut down you carbon footprint.
Turning off the the lights is very good idea.
