Hi I am Hiley. I live in Mooresville,NC in the USA. I am 14 years old. When I found out how high it was I was surprised and I thought that I was very frugal with the energy I use. It was above average of my community, it was 19,643. The majority came from transportation because I traveled a lot over the summer. Furthermore, I would like to cut down on where I drive to and start walking, and definitely start reusing water I use.
I also traveled a lot and that impacted my footprint a lot.

Your total is a lot higher than mine was because I didn't travel as much.
Mine is little higher than yours and I think it would help the both of us if we didn't drive as much and to reuse water. Anything you change will effect it and could totally help.
Try riding a bike or something, it gets you to a further distance and it doesn't take nearly as long as walking should reduce your total by a very great amount. Yours is really high too.
You should try riding a bike to places instead of using a car or other types of transportation.
