Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

my carbon footprint
my name is angel and i come from, moorsville,nc,us I'm 14 and my carbon footprint is 8112 this is under average for my area and a majority of the footprint is food.when i learned about it i was surprised because i thought that all of them would be even what i learned is that my total footprint was below the average region.what i could do to lower my carbon footprint is to spend less on food and home.
Yes that's great average but what makes this subject better is you can always do more to decrease your carbon footprint. I think that you are doing a great job and maybe you should try to branch out to others in your community to help them also reduce their footprint so that average goes down. That would be a drastic change on how not only North Carolina, or the U.S. but the whole world itself. Keep up the good work you are making a huge different in the world.
