Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

wants and needs
Hey it's Lindsey! So I did the carbon footprint and realized that my transportation number was high. I went on a round trip flight to L.A. This isn't a need because I didn't need to go on a vacation to L.A. I could've went somewhere closer or not of gone at all. I also just got a new car and I didn't really need a new one. So next time I buy something I need to see if its a want or need. Now I'll let Rylie take over this discussion!
I agree that could work, because you only should buy stuff you need
I think you should look into other methods of transportation that use less carbon.
You could ride a bike more then you ride in a car.
I think that thinking about what you need or what you want is a good idea. Although, I think that you should still be able to take trips, but find a different way.
I agree you could have, or you could have driven in a car, that makes less carbon
