Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

Carbon Footprint
My name is Bill I am from Mooresville, North Carolina United states. I am 15 years old. My Carbon footprint is 6208. My carbon footprint is about average the majority of my carbon footprint came from food. My result are what I expected I didn't expect it to be high or low. I learned what my carbon footprint is at home before this project I didn't have a clue. As of now my family doesn't recycle we might end up recycling soon. I believe if my family started recycling our carbon footprint would go down.
Dear Bill, great that you want to try recycling, I'm sure that will make a difference! But you say that your biggest part of your footprint was food- is there anything about your diet that you would be willing to change a little to try to lower your food footprint?
Hello, i come from Slovenia and I'm 17 years old. My Carbon footprint is 10,764 which is above avarage in our country ( Slovenia ) . My results are kinda more high than expected.
