Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

Carbon Footprint
My name is Ashlin, I'm 15, from Mooresville, NC. My total for my carbon footprint was 8,431. I would say my footprint is about average and the majority of my carbon footprint came from food. I kinda expected for my results to be higher than what they actually were. I was pretty surprised that food was my highest because I would of expected transport because I go a lot of places after school. I think I'm going to change how much food I eat because a lot of it is wasted and that isn't good.
Your carbon footprint is twice as many as mine.
Hello Ashlin. My carbon footprint is almost twice bigger than yours-13434.I think that your footprint is quite good and you don't have to change nothing
