My name is Allison. I am 17 years old from Mooresville, NC in the United States. In my Honors Earth and Environmental class we figured out how big our carbon footprint is. My personal carbon footprint was 11,956 kgs, which was slightly lower than our region's average of 15,918 kgs. The majority of my footprint came from Transportation at 7,574. I travel to Greensboro at least once a month if not more. My results were a little higher than what I had expected but they were exceptionally lower than the region. To decrease my carbon footprint I can not drive as often to Greensboro or have my brother come to me.
Your footprint was way lower then mine I think you did pretty good and probably because we have more transportation resources in. I do sports so mine are usually more then others.
