My Carbon Footprint
My total carbon footprint is estimated to be around 31,256 kg CO2 annually. This is much greater than the average US footprint (10, 379 kg CO2). The majority of my footprint, about 19,000 kg worth of CO2, is due to transportation. I do travel often whether it be via airplane or car, and I do see how it can accumulate over time. It would be interesting to see just how much the use of a more fuel efficient vehicle, would lower my footprint.
