Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

To go green or not to go green
Planet Earth is our only home and we must admit we do a great harm to it. We think only about ourselves and we are always in such a hurry. Although, we are all worried about economy, nobody cares about environment no more. We have lost our humanity.
Here comes to problem. In our country there is no environment without economy. And economy is the main thing we all think about. As long as we earn profit from our factories we don't care about our planet.
We live in an era of a great industrialisation. Western countries care about money, not nature. But we can lose our planet. We have already lost so many forests, a large number of animals are dying every day. Pollution, garbage and so many other awful things. We need to open our eyes and be honest. It's people's fault! This is the last chance to fix our terrible mistake, just by changing your habits. We can do it! Sure!
You can just turn off the lights if you leave a centrain room. Don't leave the doors open. A lso, you could go to school or work by foot or with public trasport.
There are so many things. We can do it. Just belive in it. Go green!
Thank you Vera for your inspiring post! We can do it if we all work together!
What if I'm green colorblind
then just follow the earth
We HAVE lost our humanity. Let's get back to it!
