Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

Thomas, Mooresville, NC, United States
My Name is Thomas and I’m from Mooresville, North Carolina, In the United States. I am currently 18 years old. For my carbon footprint my total was 5,636 which is below average and the majority of my footprint is from food. I was expecting my carbon footprint to be less than average but I was surprised that food was as high as it was and learned that food comes from all over the place. In order to help reduce my food consumption without actually reducing my food consumption ill start buying food that is being produced closer to where I live.
My footprint was mostly from food and I am planning on doing the same thing in order to reduce mine.
My foot print was the same from food .and aslo by using a car i plan to rudece the both of thoes
