EATING RIGHT!
The food we eat is possibly the most important and beneficial knowledge we can give ourselves about the environment. I have learned to take out certain foods, like dairy and use a substitute that tastes THE EXACT SAME. Through these past few months I have gotten rid of things like Cheese, Milk, and even my favorite condiment - RANCH!
