Home grown
Eating home or locally grown food can help you to lower your carbon footprint. It can reduce much packaging, and plastic use. Also you are not buying food grown in another country which has to transport long way before you will get it, and less carbon will go out to the air. It is also very good for you because you know what has been put or not put in to the food.
