Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

We should take care of our planet, probably our children are going to suffer because of our stupid actions wasting because this ain’t going to affect us, but in the future it will to the population
i agree
I do agree.
the more we pollute the earth it will explode before north korea nukes us and maybe even before the sun explodes and we have no where other than earth to stay in
We should STOP AIR CONDITIONING!! and use less ENERGY OTHER WISE WE WELL END UP NEGATIVE. Save the world!
we should use more electric cars because gas cars make pollution
An easy way to help out the environment in your household is just to recycle. You could set up a bin in the kitchen and have the people living in the house with you rinse out and recycle whatever they are able to. Or you could keep a plastic bag hung up somewhere in your kitchen and have the recyclables put away in there. Then you could just take the bag out to the recycling bin in the garage and you can recycle the plastic grocery bag as well.
