Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

My Carbon Footprint
My name is Parker and my carbon footprint total was 16,233 kgs average on everything except transportation. My transportation was so high because my family and I go to Wisconsin twice a year and we go to Myrtle Beach 2 times a year. My hypothesis was wrong I thought I would be average or below but I was higher than the average. I can reduce this by using a more fuel efficient car and maybe lowering the amount of times my family goes to the beach.
My hypothesis was the same as yours but mine ended up being lower than the average.
That is such a great footprint you got there cool that you travel to wisconsin but you should get a better car on that average
hey Parker my carbon foot print was 12,326.I didn't travel that much last year so that was a lot less than i thought it would be
Hey Parker, Maybe you should try to find another way to travel.
your family could invest in a more fuel efficient car if those trips are necessary if they're not then maybe just one trip to Wisconsin and one to myrtle beach each year could help
