Carbon Footprint Result
My personal carbon footprint is 5,263 kg of CO2 per year. If the information is compared to an average of 5,736 kg for Croatia, it is below the average, which was not expected (as I thought my score would be higher). Although I am satisfied with this fact, it worries me that the average carbon footprint of the Croatian population is as high, particularly if compared to 3,791 kg of CO2 produced worldwide. Since Croatia still lags behind other countries (particularly in the EU) in sustainable development, this information is rather disappointing. I hope to see the carbon footprint reduced in the future.
I also thought that my results would be higher. I was shocked but glad that I was below the average person's carbon footprint, although I agree with you that other people have a really high carbon footprint and it should be reduced. I also hope to see changes in the future.
