I need to use less electronic devices or let the light turn off if I am not going to use it because it consumes a lot of energy
yes that's a good idea because your just wasting energy in your home and the bills will go up. i think i would do the same as well.
I think its good that you think that the lights need to be turned off when your not using it. Most people dont think that.

It would be a good idea to start turning lights off in no one is in the room or if you are not home, it may seem like a little thing that doesn't matter but it will make a difference.
I think it would be great if you turned of your light if you are not using it, that would save a lot of energy. With this project were finding better way to save Earth and carbon emissions, and just turning your light off would definitely help.
I try to do that, but being a busy teenager, it is quite hard.
I think it might work, but as a human race we tend to use these items on a daily basis and changing our entire life form to alter around one area could effect us all in harmful ways, depending on how we handle it.
