Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

Carbon Footprint
My carbon footprint was smaller than I expected, I thought my footprint would be larger than my footprint. My home average was slightly larger than my regions average. My home average was 6,196 kgs, my food average was 1,089, my purchases was 534 kgs, my transportation was 1,084. My overall footprint was 8,903 kgs.
Hi Allie. Nice footprint. Glad it was small, but your home average might need some work.
Your footprint was a lot lower than mine. My travel average is almost 3 times higher than yours.
Thats good that it is no that much higher than the regions. good job
My footprint was pretty small but yours was a little smaller. That might just be because you live in a different area than I do
Yea I feel the same way because my carbon footprint was lower than the average. My home average was about 8425. The only reason mine was so low was because I didn't really travel this year.
Your footprint is lower then the region that's great. You might want to look at what can be changed to lower your home average.
Your footprint is lower than your average which is good. Try to decrease your home average to lower your overall average.
