Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

Hi, Im Aiden i'm from America
Hi I'm Aiden I live in Mooresville, North Carolina in the United States and I am 15. My total carbon footprint was 12,648 which is about 3,000 less than the average of people in my region. My highest one was transportation and that was probably because I use my car a lot. The average for my region was 4,184 and mine was 4,754 so it isn't a lot over but it is still more. I thought that my total footprint would have been more than the average so that was surprising to me. I learned that I travel a lot more than I thought I did. In the future I could know what have to do like if I have to go and get groceries and mail I could do them both in one trip instead of at separate times.
I agree with your future actions, one instead of separate trips is a good idea.
Hi Aiden Im Jaxon from America. Your carbon footprint was higher than mine because you probably travel more than me. I thought mine would be higher because I more than double the average persons purchases.
