Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

My Carbon Footprint
Honestly, the results surprised me because I couldn't imagine my carbon footprint being so high, especially when compared to Croatian average. The positive thing is that I'm below average in the production of CO2 when it comes to food and purchases. However, the most disturbing part was reportedly the transportation, which is actually reasonable since I had to travel with an airplane this year on a route over 1500 km long (to Norway). Besides that, I believe that my family is doing a good job in terms of energy consumption, but the only possible improvement I could think of right now would be to recycle more systematically and more often.
I didn't think that mine would be as high either. I have the same situation as you being I am below average in my location, but super high compared to others.
i thought mine would be very high but surprisingly i was below the average of my region. My transportation was high because i play travel beseball so i travel all over the state.
