Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

Carbon Footprint
I knew my carbon footprint hypothesis would be very high be very high, my family travels so much everyday. For work and after school activities we drive over 2 hours to get there. I can try to create less carbon into the air by doing things such as carpooling and taking the bus to and from school. At the moment I am definitely an above average person in North Carolina but I would like to change that.
I think thats good you want to change that and make a change in the world.
its a good thing that you would like to change that because i also felt the same way and thought i was the odd man out
my family travels a lot too my traveling score was high but this is really good!
Rylie, try walking to school in the morning instead of driving to help save the environment.
Rylie, you should try riding a bike to school instead of driving and taking the bus to help decrease carbon in the environment
Is good that you wanna change that you can try to walk to school or walk to school.
That is a good way you can change your carbon footprint. Maybe you should talk to your parents about buying tesla
Maybe your family could invest in a more fuel efficient car and for going to school riding the bus or using another alternate form of transportation would be a good idea
