Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

Ja'Qualen
Im Ja'Qualen im from Statesville N.C and im 14 years old.My total was 14,918 kgs which is above average because of the food selection on mine and because of the stuff at home, that was very shocking because I thought it would be lower than what it was. From now on im gonna try to reduce my use of traveling
I was below average i travel a lot but all that is really it
My carbon footprint was below average but one of my highest ones were from home that I need to fix.
I had the same issue with Food. Is it because you eat out in restaurants a lot or for another reason? I understand how hard it can be to keep the score low
Try eating more at home. Eat more vegetables and fruits for your health as well! Try not to drink/eat too much dairy as well even though that can be hard to avoid.
Traveling less is a good thing to do, you could also try riding with other people if doing less is too much
