My Carbon Footprint Project
My name is Reilly and I live in North Carolina. My carbon footprint is 15,107 kgs (Transportation- 3836 kgs, Home- 7296 kgs, Food- 3396 kgs, Purchases- 606 kgs). I thought it would be higher because we are home a lot and we don't go on vacations a lot.
being at home can still do a big impact for example if your home more you have your lights on more and charging your electronics or watching tv also has an impact.
Staying home adds to your electricity use but the amount you save by not traveling is much more.
