Reusable Items
I believe that using reusable items will help decrease the amount of plastic being thrown away. Reusable items can be used more than once so instead of using single use items and throwing them away after one use, you can use reusable items for a long time. This will have a major impact on the amount of plastic bags, plastic containers(single use), etc being thrown away. For example, if you bring your own reusable bag every time you go grocery shopping, then you don't have to purchase a new single use plastic bag each time.
