Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

The perfect diet
Eran Segal did a Tedtalk on this topic as he talked about what the perfect diet is for humans to lose weight. Him and his team did a lot of research and experiments on a lot of different people. They concluded that even though similarly healthy people ate the exact same food at the exact same time had vastly different reactions inside their bodies. One persons bloodsugar spiked above normal levels while the other person's bloodsugar hardly changed. Too much glokose in the blood is mostly what makes us gain weight so if you can find what diet doesn't spike your bloodsugar level you have most likely found the perfect diet for you.

You also have to keep in mind how people's bodies are genetically as well. Some people have disorders where their intake is very different from others, or their diet can vary from others. Otherwise, I agree with your statement which is mainly true.
