Planes
If it wasn't for the four flights I've taken over the past year, my footprint would've been well below average, however with 26 hours from flights ( 22 from going to China and back), my footprint was well above average. It makes me realize how bad for the environment planes are and even though they are a convenient way to travel, and in order to help the environment, if possible, people should stick to trains, buses, cars, etc. The reason we need flights is because everyone is always in a hurry to get places, whether it is for business, or even for vacation. If people started not minding the extra 12 hours taken from a train, we would be able to drastically decrease our impact on the environment. My thoughts.
