What My Carbon Footprint Calculation made me realize
After finishing calculations on my carbon footprint I was rather surprised with the results. I thought that due to my using public transport and/or my bicycle most of the time I wouldn't have a very high footprint. To my surprise that was not the case. My footprint was WAY above average in my region. I believe if public transportation started using electricity as a power source instead of gas the amount of carbon usage would decrease by a rather high amount.
