Few days ago I calculated my Carbon Footprint. The result was quite different than I thought. I am always inspired to do something that would help Earth because I believe that every individual has ability to change things. I decided to change myself and  my family. We started saving water and processing food into humus. There's so many things we can do if we believe in it. People are preoccupied with irrelevant things. Even the smallest thing can do so much for our planet. I wish people could understand how much damage they cause by pollution. One day they probably will, but then it will be too late. It doesn't take much to make a change and it doesn't even has to cost you. You can go to school or work by bike instead of going by car. You don't have to take a plastic bag in store, you can use your bag or sth. You don't have to throw paper, you can reduce it. Those things aren't big but they sure make difference. And the only way to accomplish our goals is by doing something valuable every day.
How many animals and people have to die so we can understand that what we are  doing is wrong? Why do people take actions only when something happens rather than before? You can be an example for others. Our planet is our future and our future seemes to be doomed if we continue acting like this. There is no better time for making a change than today.

I agree. It really does not take very much effort to make a lasting positive impact on the environment. We should all do what we can, even if what we are willing to do does not seem like very much. Anything that we can do for the environment helps, and can be very simple.
