My Carbon Footprint
My carbon footprint is higher than the average person in my region and in the world. My highest was transportation, and the rest of the categories were average, except for purchases which was below average. I learned that when you fly around the world, your carbon footprint really adds up and it actually had an impact on the environment.
When you fly it puts out a lot more CO2 than if you where driving. So if you're going somewhere in the country. Try and drive instead of flying across the country.
I would also try to drive before flying. My purchases where also lower. To improve your carbon footprint I would try to walk since your highest was transportation.
You should fix your transportation and fly less
Walking to places like the store and places near to you instead of driving is a great way to reduce your "transportation" category.
