Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

My Carbon Footprint
My total carbon footprint was 22,433 kgs, for transportation I got 12,684 kgs, it is high because I get driven to school, for home I got 5,399 kgs, for food I got 3,856 kgs, and for purchases I got 494 kgs. I think everything other than transportation is normal.
I agree that you have a pretty normal carbon footprint. For me personally, my transportation way WAY HIGHER than pretty much every body else's I looked at because I am constantly traveling long distances by car for soccer and family. I had really low scores on both food and purchases so I just need to try to find ways to cut on my carbon footprint in all aspects of my life to compensate for my transportation rating.
Carson, your carbon footprint is very similar to mine! Ive gotten feedback that I can share with you. Transportation is very high for a lot of people, if people start riding bikes more or walking, we can reduce our totals!
Dang that was just like mine but try to do more outside.
