Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

Composting
When we recycle, what we recycle is reused for another purpose. We should do the same with our food. When we compost, the remaining nutrition can be put back into the ground to grow more food. This is just like recycling. The cycle repeats itself, and we don't have buy more soil for our gardens. Also, putting compost items into the trash bin can emit some unnecessary CO2. We could use the compost for better purposes such as gardens then having it rot away in a landfill.
I agree about composting and the benefits. I think every person should implement this.
This is a great way to help the earth's soil and plant growth. The pros are undeniable and it works both ways.
i agree this is a good way to help the plant growth and the wells of the soil .
